Dominique Bogman
Dominique Bogman specializes in Belgian corporate, contractual and liability law. Specifically, she has experience dealing with clients in the commercial sector, hotel sector, real-estate sector, the inland shipping sector and logistic companies in general.
Dominique believes in offering an all-round legal service for and in the SME. Finding an overall solution for the SME entrepreneur is the goal. A pragmatic, transparent and client orientated approach is key.
Before the creation of Affluo, Dominique worked for well know law firms GSJ lawyers and LEXECO. Before pursuing a legal career, Dominique worked in New York for a major Belgian bank. These various assignments led to her extensive expertise today, always combined with a professional approach to legal issues.
As a secondary occupation, Dominique is affiliated with the AP College University Antwerp as a lecturer in corporate law and related matters.
Dominique holds a Candidacy/Bachelor and License/Master in laws from UFSIA and KU Leuven. In addition, she studied law at the UC Louvain in Louvain-La-Neuve.
