David Anné
David Anné obtained a law degree from the University of Antwerp in 2010. He has been a lawyer since 2011.
Within Affluo David handles cases of insolvency and securities law. He assists companies in difficulties with a judicial reorganization or with the filing of bankruptcy. At the same time, he represents the interests of creditors that are faced with insolvency proceedings of their business partners.
In addition, David is active in the broad commercial and economic law. He is very familiar with litigation in all corporate law disputes. You can also contact him with questions concerning the liability of directors.
David is bankruptcy-trustee at the commercial court of Antwerp. He is also regularly appointed as liquidator of companies.
