Erwin has broad knowledge and experience within the field of commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law and associations. He advises on all aspects you are confronted with as a company, association, shareholder or director, from incorporation to dissolution.
His focus is always on clear communication and making clear agreements in order to avoid possible disputes. However, if proceedings are unavoidable, he does not hesitate to enforce your rights before the courts, or to assist you with word and deed within the framework of an alternative dispute resolution.
Because of his pragmatic approach and commitment to his clients, he is regularly asked for legal project & legal interim management assignments. He also serves on various boards of directors.
Erwin is also a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters.
Erwin holds a master of law degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, as well as a master after master in corporate law.
