Affluo has the ambition to be your one-stop-shop in commercial law. Outside of their specific expertise, all our attorneys are acquainted with all aspects of commercial law. We assist you and provide counsel for the draft and negotiation of all your commercial agreements.
In case of disputes, we deliberately aim for amiable dialogue and will do our utmost to avoid legal proceedings, as these are often useless and expensive by nature. In case legal proceedings are unavoidable, we represent you before the courts and arbitration institutions or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
We can assist you with the collection of your unpaid invoices.
In any event, you can rely on our pragmatic and cost-efficient approach.
